Institution: King’s College London, England.
Supervisory team: Professor Fruhling Rijsdijk and Jean-Baptiste Pingault.
Position: PhD student.
Current research: I am interested to know about the aetiology of self-harm, especially if there are aetiological differences between suicidal and non-suicidal self-harm. In my PhD research, I will employ different methods to answer this question, including using genetically sensitive designs.
Research interests:
- Aetiological difference between suicidal and non-suicidal self-harm.
- Genetic and environmental risk factors for self-harm.
Recent Publications:

Can help with: Generally, I am open to discussions about self-harm research. More specifically, as my research is mainly computational, I am happy to talk about analysing big datasets using tools such as R and bash scripting. I am also happy to talk about genetic analytical methods such as GWAS, polygenic scoring and Mendelian Randomisation.
