Welcome to the online home of netECR. We are an independent, horizontal, international network of Early and Mid- Career Researchers (ECRs) working in suicide and self-harm – netECR! Through netECR, we aim to facilitate collaborations, networking, and mutual support for ECRs in the field of suicide and self-harm research.

On this website we provide information for all our activities and a space for ECRs to publish blogs/articles on different topics such as academia, suicide prevention, research, careers advice, lived experience, events, and others themes.

About

netECR is an independent, international network of early and mid- career researchers (ECRs) working in, or contributing to, the field of suicide and self-harm research. The network aims to facilitate horizontal mentorship, discussion, exchange of ideas and collaborations, as well as to promote networking and mutual support for ECRs.

Being part of such a supportive and inspiring network has enhanced both my PhD experience as well as my development as a researcher within the field of suicide and self-harm research.
