  • Emotional intelligence
  • Lived experience in researching and working in mental health, in particular self-harm and suicide

What’s essential to your well-being? Making a weekly plan/timetable that helps me to schedule in periods to work on each part of my PhD (quant study, qual study and systematic review currently) and balance this with work and personal time. Keeping physically active at the gym, football and ice skating. Making sure to spend enough time with my partner and pets.
