What’s essential to your well-being? When not plugging away at my PhD, you can find me in my tiny garden, affectionately known as Jardin Rue Fern (@jardinruefern on Insta). I love to cook, eat and drink red wine. To balance out the eating, I suck at Ironman triathlons and trail running. I adore reading books but suffer badly from Tsundoku.
